Extra Money

Well it's always good news when you get a letter in the mail that says you have over paid and you are going to be getting a check in the mail within ten business days. That does not happen very much to anyone but Ken and I were very surprised that it happened to us yesterday. It was a letter from our mortgage company about our escrow account. We get one every year for taxes on the house and usually it comes with news that our house payment is going up the following month because our escrow account is lower than it should be. This time however it told us our house payment was going down over a hundred dollars and they were also mailing us out a five hundred dollar check because we over paid the whole last year. That is great news. I love getting money in the mail. It comes just in time for us to be needing a new washer as a matter of fact. Our old one is not spinning out very well anymore and it is taking hours to dry a load of clothes. I am pretty sure that is what we have decided on getting with it. I will for sure be in search for a good deal on a new one but one with good quality as well. Hopefully that will be the last time we will have to buy a washer for a while.
