Making Dinner

I really enjoy making dinner. However I really like to make different meals. I would much rather eat at home and have a home cooked meal but I really dislike eating the same thing over and over again. I sometimes wish that I could learn how to cook all types of food like Italian and Chinese which is one of my favorites. Maybe I should take a cooking class in College. I wonder if my local Community college has any. I should check.
