Selling the house

Okay so Ken an I watch many different home improvement channels on the television today. We have watched enough of them to realize that if you are selling you house you absolutely need to remodel you kitchen and your bathroom. These are the rooms that really sell a house. So we do want to sell our house and move in a couple uears. I started looking online at some Stainless steel kitchen sinks for the kitchen. We have one currently but it does really need to be replaced and refreshed with a new kohler faucets. It can really change the look of your room and draw in your buyers. Also I have been looking around for something reall unique for our bathroom. Something that buyers will really like and maybe something that could be a conversation piece. I then came across kohler water tiles. They are really a great way for someone to walk into your bathroom and say "wow look at that". That is really what we wanted to do since our bathroom is on the smaller side and we still want buyers to have the wow factor.
