A Menards lawsuit

Well I guess Menards is being sued. Yesterday Ken got a letter in the mail that said if you were employed there in the year 1999 that you were ripped off from your wages. I will probably also be getting a letter because I was employed there then also. So anyways the letter said if Ken wants to settle ( which he will why not! Who has money for a lawyer) he will be receiving a merchandise credit check for $45.00. Ken was glad to see that he has more money for the upstairs. I was employed there before Ken so I might even get a little more money. I guess Menards was not paying us employees our $2.50 extra that they pay for weekend pay. Just to think we did not even notice. Oh well I guess it will benefit now.
