Foot Pain

Well not to long ago my mom was telling me that her heel on her foot was just hurting he so bad. We kind of all laughed it off for a while but it never seemed to stop. I was looking up what it could be and found out that Plantar Fasciitis is very common and it is a very painful foot condition in the heel or arch area of the foot. Since she was still having this pain I decided to help her find a cure. Online there are a couple different things that you can do to stop the pain. Who would have thought that we were laughing at her ad she really had something wrong.
