Mexican Dishes

I have to say that I really like food that is not the standard American cheese burger. I think that my favorite has to be Mexican food. When we go to Texas that is the one thing that we really eat a lot of out. They have very authentic Mexican recipes because it is so close to Mexico. I love all their food. As a matter of fact soon after we got home I tried to make some of my own Mexican food. It was not as good but then again I did not follow any recipes. If you go online I never knew there were so many recipes fro different dishes like Mexican food. I am going to try some this week because I am so sick of the regular meals we always have.
