A good choice

So I am sure you know someone that is in charge of hiring people that is just not very good at it. I have seen so many people get hired in my day that I as just amazed because they did not have any qualities that I though would be great for the job description. Some people are just bad at the hiring process. Other however make their living by finding only the best people for the best jobs. For example someone like Dennis C Carey who has found only the best employees for the top companies. Companies like GlaxoSmithKline and AT&T. He only picks the best people for the job. So if you are looking for some great people than maybe he can find you some.
Stop watching all those people come and go in your company and get some people that actually get some people that will stick with you and your company.
