Our weekend

Well as I said before Ken and I went to the city of Chicago to see the magnificent mile lights festival. It has been so long since we have last seen a parade in the city. We did have a great time. The train ride was not that bad and I think that I handled it very well. Ken made sure that on the way there and on the way back we were riding in the direction the train was going and not backwards. I think that helped out a lot. The weather was not as cold as I thought it was going to be. The lights looked very nice it really puts you in the holiday spirit. After the parade we went to Pizzeria Uno and had some really good pizza. We walked around and looked at the windows at Macy's and drank some hot cocoa. We had a really good me and finally pulled in the driveway at 1:00am. It was the latest we have been out in a very long time. So we got a great nights sleep because the kids slept in until 11:00am, We were so thankful!
