To cold to play outside?

Well I have to say everyday when Ben gets off the school bus he begs me to let him go and play outside in the back yard. I always feel so bad for him because I know he loves it outside but it is so cold and I just don't think that I should let him. Well since today was not to windy I decided to let him go out for a while. So that is where he is right now. He is outside with his winter coat and his hat on happily playing in the yard with the dog and his outside toys. Maddie is still napping and I am thankful because if she was awake she would also be begging to go out. The dog even wants to come inside because he is cold. I guess it will not hurt him to be out if he is dressed properly.
