Many people diet to loose weight for the summer time. I happen to know some people that do as they please all year but when summer comes along they then go on these crash diets using a different diet pill all the time to loose what they gained throughout the year. There are also many other reasons that people go on diets and that is to get healthy. Those people tend to watch what they eat all year round.
That is what I would like to do now that I am not pregnant anymore. Ken and I want to start going for long walks with the kids every night and start to eat more healthy. That way we can get the whole family a little more healthy. Hopefully soon when we get everything organized we will be on our way to a more healthy lifestyle.
