Raking the Leaves

Just this past Wednesday it was pretty nice outside so I decided that I would go outside with Ken and the kids and maybe start to rake the leaves. I then remember that I grabber from the storage bin of my grandmas a leaf blower. Ken and I have never had a leaf blower before. Well I decided to give it a try. I was impressed. I think I blew all the leaves from the whole back yard onto the driveway in about ten minutes. Ken was there bagging them to put by the curb for the village to come and pick up. I could not believe how a leaf blower could work so fast it was great. Every year we always have the whole family out there with rakes and it usually ends with blisters on our hands from the rake rubbing. I don't think that I will ever go bad to a hand rake. I love our new leaf blower. And just to think Ken looked at me like I was silly wanting a leaf blower.
