Burn Faster

One of the many things that I have hear is that the older you get the harder it is for you to loose weight. I guess when you get older your metabolism slows down making it harder to burn fat. And we all know in order to loose weight we have to burn the fat off our bodies by doing some exercise every now and then. I think that is the hardest for me. I am always running around that when I finally get a break in my day when the kids take a nap I just want to sit and relax. I know that I should be doing some exercise video but its sure is hard when you don't get many chances to sit down throughout the day. Hopefully I can work up some motivation to keep an exercise regimen in my day. Maybe then I can loose this extra weight.
