Getting Better

Thankfully everyone around here is finally getting better. It all seemed to start with Ben getting this cough that would not go away. He was coughing so much that he was making himself sick. Well as soon as he had that for a couple days Ken began coughing as well and Aidan was very quick to follow. Aidan I have to say has so far been the worst of everyone because he also had a very high fever of 103.6. I was really nervous about that so I took him to the doctor. They said just to give him the Motrin and make sure he gets plenty of fluids because they did not think that antibiotics would help if it was just a virus. Today he is looking much better but still coughing and sunning a fever if he is not on may Motrin. Maddie is also getting a cough now and I hope it goes away before Christmas. I have yet to get this cough but I am also increasing my hand washing and not putting my hands by my face or even close to it. I hope our family gets better soon because I always feel bad for the little ones when they look so miserable. Winter is just not my favorite season at all.
