Now we have learned

Well it seems so long ago but actually it has only been three years since Ken and I were looking to buy our first home. I have to say we went into the process blind because we did not know anything about purchasing a home more or less that you needed insurance on the home before the bank would actually give you a loan. So we knew that our family was getting bigger and we needed to move out or our little apartment. We were nervous but still excited to have our very first home together. So we settled on the first company that we found and it really was not a very good deal but we knew nothing so it seemed like a fair price to us.
