I love Chocolate

I know what my problem areas are when dieting. I know for a fact that some of the things that I eat and drink really make me pack on the pounds. Candy or should I say chocolate in general is the biggest thing that I have a problem with passing up. I have always really loved chocolate. It is funny because I am pretty sure one of the first times I meet my sister in law I found out that she does not really like chocolate. I was amazed. I did not know that anyone could not like chocolate. No wonder she was always so skinny she could easily pass it up. I really wish that I could have that same trait. Ken is not really much of a help either because when ever we go to the mall he says why don't we get you some candy from Fannie may? Well he happens to know that is my favorite. Gee thanks Ken for the help. As a matter of fact last weekend he asked me when we were walking by the store if he could buy me some. I told him no thanks because I was really trying to stop eating so much of it since I started my diet. He said he was really proud of me later that day that I turned him down. The a few hours later he asked me if we should stop and get a pie at bakers square. Well that was hard but I also told him no thanks I did not want that in the house because it would just make me want to eat it. It seems like sometimes if you are loosing weight it is easier to keep going. I wonder if there is diet pill for fast weight loss. Then I think it would be easier for me to keep making the right choices. It seems if you see results than you stay more motivated. If I can only stick to my plan then I am sure I can drop a few more pounds before our vacation. I just wish Ken would join me on this diet so that he would not tempt me all the time.
