Our Kitchen

Our kitchen is really strange. I don't know if we even notice when we bought that house that we could not reach the cabinets unless we had a step stool. I can not reach past the very first shelf to get the higher dishes. I always keep a step stool by the basement steps in case I need something higher. We also have no counter space. I think that is my least favorite room in the whole house.
I have always had a house that has a double sink. It took a lot of getting used to using one sink. I did not like it for a very long time. We actually looked at our local hardware store for a double sink that would be around the same size as the sink that we have but had no luck finding one. I like the Franke sinks personally. I think we should look into seeing if they can custom make them how you want. It would make the kitchen more appealing and take away from the extremely high cabinets when we go to sell.
