This Week

Well when I noticed tooth number two starting to come in on Aidan's little mouth I was very happy we made the decision to spend Thanksgiving at home with my family. Hopefully that will be all the teeth he gets for a while. I can not believe that tomorrow is already Thanksgiving day. This is actually the first year since Ken and I got together that we have not spent the day at my grandma's house. It is kind of sad but I guess it has to happen that we start making our own family traditions. I have just finished making my dessert for tomorrow with the help of Maddie and Noelle for giving out her recipe. Maddie loves to help, and it is much easier to do it when Aidan is napping. For tomorrow we have to make a couple other dishes but that is waiting till the day of so it will be nice and fresh.
Ben had his school party today and he was super excited about it. I sure hope that he is having a ton of fun. They always make little class parties for kids so much fun. I always remember looking forward to the parties when I was little.
I have been working on cleaning the house for the big day tomorrow. There really is not that much cleaning to do but the basics because we always pretty much have a clean house. It's just the little things like laundry and vacuuming that I am doing today which is really nothing new since I vacuum everyday anyways. I am a little excited for tomorrow because I always love the thanksgiving day. We have decided that for entertainment we are going to be watching old home movies. Ken has always said he wants to see mine when I was younger so this will be the perfect time.
