Yoga
One thing that I have always wanted to try was doing yoga. I have heard that it is very relaxing and really relieves some stress. With three kids you can imagine that sometimes I can get pretty stressed out. I think that I deal with stress pretty well but I would like to deal with it in some sort of work out. I seen that yoga blocks can help you with just that relaxation that I need. I love everything about it do far because I like the relaxing music that they play while you are doing the yoga. It also increases your flexibility which i'm sure is good for your body as well.
