What's for Dinner?

What's for dinner is a common questions around our house. As a matter of fact I hear that question asked of me every day by either a child or from Ken. We have all been trying to eat a little healthier around our house by having more salads and less eating out. I have to say we really never eat out anyways so it is more a fact of eating less junk and more meals instead of fast unhealthy on the go meals. Our goal is to lose weight as well as get healthy. Our main concern however is our health. It is very bad for you to be over weight and frankly I'm sick of it anyways. I don't want my kids to ever be over weight and if we continue to eat as we have been it teaches them bad eating habits for life. I want them to live a long healthy life and that requires learning to eat right from their childhood well into their adult life.
