Maddie's Party

Well it is that time of year again when we celebrate with our family and or friends our daughter's birthday party. One think I really dislike about Ken's family is that we never seem to see them unless it is someones birthday or a celebration of some sort. I think we should see each other more. Ken and I feel we miss so much not seeing our nephew as often as we would like to. I also think that Ken should see his dad more than he does but I guess that is just how my family is and not his. Even if just for dinner once a month. Everyone is different. I can not imagine seeing my family only on special occasions. It did rain for little bit of the party so we had to move it into the garage but it cleared up and was nice afterwards. Also to our surprise our friends Jackie and Tom came with their little girls a little later and they stayed over for a while. It was nice to visit with them. You guys need to come over more often! So Maddie had a good time and I guess that's all that really mattered on her big day.
